Want to return or exchange an item?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Click the button below to request your return label yourself straight away.

You will need your order number and email address. You can find your order number in your shipping confirmation email.

Important conditions (right of withdrawal)

To help us process your return quickly and correctly, please keep the following in mind:

• Condition of the product: Products must be in their original, undamaged condition, complete with the original packaging and labels.
• Trying on shoes: Only try on shoes indoors to avoid signs of wear.
• Signs of wear: Unfortunately, we cannot accept products with clear signs of wear or damage.

Return costs & refund

• Return costs: We charge €5.95 in return costs. This amount is automatically deducted from your refund.
• Exchanges: Exchanging for a different size or colour is free; you pay no return costs.
• Refund: Once we have received your return in good order, we will process your refund within 8 business days using the same payment method you used to place your order.
