A culture of care
At Clove, our mission is simple: caring for those who care for others.
Community Impact
As friends and family of healthcare workers, our community is central to who we are and what we do. Because caring for others is one of the most important steps we can take to care for all of us.
Our Focus
Strengthening the community
We're committed to promoting the overall wellbeing of healthcare workers, by bringing in partners and solutions that help them reach their full potential. We support the wellbeing of the whole person, which is essential to giving them the physical and mental energy they need to keep going.
Supporting Change
Through policy and partnerships, we want to actively listen and use our platform to amplify voices that are often unheard. With projects like Portraits of Black Voices and Your Stories, Your Space: AAPI Heritage Month, we start real conversations with real healthcare professionals, sharing stories that address inequality and increase inclusivity.
Return
We want to foster a culture of care by contributing to causes that support our mission, through donations and fundraising. Whether it's celebrating a win or taking on a challenge, we give back to our community 365 days a year.
COVID-19
For Clove, healthcare workers are the unsung heroes of our world, putting the physical and mental needs of their patients above their own. But since COVID-19 placed these people in stressful and uncertain circumstances, the question arises that we should really have asked long before the outbreak: who takes care of our caregivers?

Since March 2020, the Clove team has donated more than $2 million worth of Clove products to frontline healthcare professionals across the US. Clove donates sneakers and compression socks in all 50 states and thousands of hospitals. The Clove team will keep doing everything it can to support our medical community.

How does a brand give back all year round? Meet THE CLOVE COLLECTIVE, an innovative program made up of diverse healthcare professionals who use their voices to drive change – for themselves and for their colleagues in healthcare.
Whenever a member’s community code is used to receive product benefits, that member earns a commission. Clove then matches each commission and donates the same amount to an organization the member wholeheartedly supports, every fiscal quarter.
Since its launch, Clove has partnered with the NBNA (National Black Nurses Association) to sponsor students; the American Heart Association to advance equity in cardiovascular care; Philadelphia FIGHT Community Health Centers to support primary care and specialized HIV care; and the Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Foundation to strengthen breast cancer research. Clove is currently partnering with the Asian Mental Health Project to support mental healthcare for both patients and healthcare professionals.
