The uppers are made from Clarino™, a fluid-repellent and stain-resistant material. Clarino™ is also an advanced vegan fabric with the same microstructure as genuine leather. The outsole is slip-resistant and completely squeak-free. Every collection features a neoprene ankle collar for easy on and off, a fluid-repellent upper and perforations for added breathability.

No. Clove shoes are not medical devices and are not intended for the medical diagnosis, treatment or prevention of conditions. However, all Clove models are ASTM F3445 certified. This means they meet recognized safety standards for areas including slip resistance and protection, and are designed for professional use where comfort, support and safety matter.

This certification comes on top of features developed specifically for healthcare professionals, such as support during long periods of standing and walking, easy cleaning, and quick on and off.
Our tie-dye styles are made from a blend of cotton (42%), elastic (42%), spandex (14%) and polyester (2%). Our other styles are made from a breathable, lightweight blend of spandex (80%) and nylon (20%). All of our socks are moisture-wicking and breathable and provide 20–30 mmHg compression to support circulation!

The Clove shoe collection Our shoes generally fit true to size, so you can choose your usual size. Do you normally wear wide-fit shoes? We recommend going up half a size. This gives you a little more room without making the shoes too long. These shoes are made from Clarino™, a microfiber material that mimics genuine leather. Over time, they will stretch slightly and mold to your feet for extra comfort.
Our compression socks are available in sizes small through large. Between two sizes? Choose based on your calf circumference for the best fit.
Shipping & Delivery
Our products are shipped throughout Europe. Not sure whether we can deliver to you? Feel free to contact support@goclove.eu. Clove also ships within the U.S., as well as to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. These orders are handled through the U.S. headquarters.
Once your order has been placed, your items are reserved in our system. Your order goes through two stages before delivery: (1) warehouse order processing and (2) parcel shipment. Standard shipping within the Benelux usually takes 1–2 business days from the time the carrier collects your order. Standard shipping outside the Benelux usually takes 4–7 business days from carrier pickup.
Customers within the Benelux: Clove offers free standard shipping on orders of €50 or more! We cannot change or refund your PostNL shipping method after checkout. Customers outside the Benelux: Shipping costs depend on the delivery address and are calculated at checkout. These shipping costs are non-refundable, including when you return your order.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Clicking the “View your order” button will take you to a webpage with your tracking information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation. Our team is also happy to check your order status manually. Simply email support@goclove.eu with your order number.
Our warehouse team works hard to process orders as quickly as possible. For that reason, we cannot make changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.
Returns and exchanges
Shoes in new condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. We charge €4.95 in return shipping costs per parcel; this amount will be deducted from your refund. At the moment, direct exchanges are not yet available. Need a different size or color? Return your order and place a new order for the item you want. Please note: shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
To register your return, email support@goclove.eu and include your order number. Once your return has been registered, we will send you a shipping label so you can send the parcel back.
Once your return has been scanned into our system, your refund will be processed. Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank to process it. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

Care instructions
These shoes aren’t afraid of a little moisture. Or a lot. On the go, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth or wet wipe and get right back to work.
Ready for a deep clean? Follow these steps: Remove dirt from the outside with a damp cloth or an old toothbrush. Make a solution of warm water and liquid hand soap. Use an old cloth or toothbrush to apply it to the outside and soles of your sneakers. Brush or wipe away dirt and other residue. Let the shoes air-dry for about an hour or until completely dry. Don’t forget to remove your Ortholite insoles and machine-wash them cold to keep your feet feeling fresh!
To keep your socks fresh: machine-wash cold with similar colors. Do not bleach, iron or tumble dry.
