The Clove Shoe collection is designed to give healthcare workers optimal comfort, durability, support, and easy-to-clean shoes. The upper of the shoes is made from Clarino™, a fluid-repellent, stain-resistant material. Clarino™ is also an advanced vegan fabric with the same microstructure as real leather. The sole is non-slip and completely squeak-free.

All collections have a neoprene ankle collar for easy on and off, with a fluid-repellent upper layer and perforations for extra breathability.

Our tie-dye styles are made from a mix of cotton (42%), elastic (42%), spandex (14%), and polyester (2%).
Our other styles are made from a breathable, lightweight mix of spandex (80%) and nylon (20%).

All our socks are moisture-wicking and breathable, and provide 20–30 mmHg compression to promote blood circulation!

Our shoes typically run true to size, so you can simply take your usual size. Do you normally wear wide-fit shoes? Then we recommend going up half a size. That gives you a bit more room, without the shoes becoming too long. These shoes are made from Clarino™, a microfiber fabric that mimics real leather. As such, they'll stretch slightly over time and mold to your feet for extra comfort.

Our compression socks are available in sizes small to large. Between two sizes? Choose based on your calf circumference for the best fit.

Clove also ships within the US, as well as to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. This is handled via the head office in America

Once your order is placed, your items are reserved in our system. Your order goes through two phases before it's delivered: (1) order processing in the warehouse and (2) shipping of the package.

Standard shipping within the Benelux usually takes 1-2 business days from the moment the carrier picks up your order.

Standard shipping outside the Benelux usually takes 4–7 business days from the moment of pickup by the carrier.

Customers within the Benelux: Clove offers free standard shipping on orders from 50 euros! We are unable to change or refund your PostNL shipping method after checkout.

Customers outside the Benelux Shipping costs depend on the delivery address and are calculated at checkout. These shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you return your order.

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. By clicking the “View your order” button, you'll go to a webpage with your tracking information. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a separate shipping confirmation.

Our team is also happy to manually check your order status for you. Just send us an email at support@goclove.eu with your order number.

Our warehouse team works hard to process orders as quickly as possible. That's why we can't make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Shoes in new condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. We charge €4.95 in return costs per package; this amount is deducted from your refund.

At this time, it's not yet possible to exchange items directly. Want a different size or color instead? Then you can return your order and order the item you want again.

Please note: shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

After registering, you'll receive a shipping label from us to send the package back.

Once your return has been scanned into our system, your refund will be processed. Please allow 7–10 business days processing time with your bank. The refund is always made to the original payment method.

These shoes aren't afraid of a little moisture. Or a lot. On the go, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth or wet wipe and get back to work.

Ready for a deep clean? Follow the steps below:

1. Remove dirt from the outside with a wet cloth or an old toothbrush.
2. Make a soapy solution of warm water and liquid hand soap.
3. Use an old cloth or toothbrush to apply the soapy solution to the outside and soles of your sneakers.
4. Brush or wipe away dirt and other residue.
5. Let the shoes air dry for an hour or until fully dry.
   

Don't forget to take out your Ortholite insoles and wash them cold in the washing machine to keep your feet fresh!

To keep your socks fresh: wash them cold in the washing machine with similar colors. Do not bleach, iron, or tumble dry.
