Return an item
Would you like to return or exchange an item?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Click the button below to request your return label directly.
You will need your Track & Trace number and postcode. You can find the Track & Trace number in your shipping confirmation email.
Important conditions (Right of withdrawal)
To help us process your return quickly and correctly, please keep the following in mind:
- Condition of the product: Products must be in their original, undamaged condition, complete with the original packaging and labels.
- Trying on shoes: Shoes may only be tried on indoors to prevent signs of wear.
- Signs of wear: Unfortunately, we cannot accept products with clear signs of wear or damage.
Return costs & Refund
- Return costs: We charge €4.95 for returns. This amount will automatically be deducted from your refund.
- Refund: Once we have received the return in good order, we will process your refund within 8 business days using the same payment method you used to place the order.
