At GoClove, we believe it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Does the size not fit, would you prefer a different color, or does the product not meet your expectations? Then you can return your order within the statutory cooling-off period.

On this page, you can read about the conditions your return must meet, how to easily request a return label, and when you can expect the refund.

               1. Returns and right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After you have registered the return with us, you have another 14 days to return the product.

You may try on the shoes indoors just as you would in a store. During the cooling-off period, handle the shoes, the packaging, and the labels with care.

We ask you to return the shoes, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging and with the accompanying labels. The shoes must not have been worn outdoors. If a product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and fit, we may deduct the resulting depreciation from the refund amount.

              2. Return procedure

  1. Go to goclove.eu/nl.
  2. Go to Returns and exchanges.
  3. Click on the “Start a return” button.
  4. Enter your order's track and trace code. You can find this code in the shipping confirmation.
  5. Enter your postal code.
  6. You will then automatically receive the return label and return instructions.
  7. The return address is listed on the return label.

Please note: if you use our return label, the return costs amount to €4.95 per package. This amount is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Did you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product? Please contact our customer service before returning it. In that case, the return costs will be covered by us. Refund

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will process the refund as quickly as possible. The refund will take place no later than 14 days after your cancellation notification. We may wait to issue a refund until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the product.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used to pay for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

When you return the entire order, we will also refund the costs of standard delivery. Any additional costs for a more expensive shipping method, such as express delivery, will not be refunded.

In the case of a partial return, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

                4. Ordering a different size or color

At this moment, it is not possible to exchange an item directly.

Would you like to receive a different size or color? Then return the original pair and place a new order via our webshop. This way, you can immediately check if the desired size or color is still in stock.
